Remove and replace the existing chiller in Building 333 with a current equivalent Carrier model that meets up-to-date refrigerant requirements. Replace any necessary electrical or plumbing components to ensure optimal functionality of the new unit. The contractor shall provide all administration, facilities, materials, labor, and equipment, and perform all operations necessary to complete the construction as identified in the contract documents, including the Statement of Work and Specifications.
