The City of Chilliwack is requesting Proposals for the supply of all labour, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the Bailey Sanitary Landfill Regulatory Reports in accordance with the specifications and locations specified in this RFP. 1. Updated Design, Operations, and Closure Plan (DOCP), which shall incorporate the following assessments: Updated Geotechnical and Seismic Assessment Updated Hydrogeology and Hydrology Characterization Report with Groundwater and Surface Water Updated Landfill Gas Assessment Updated Environmental Monitoring Plan Updated Leachate Management Assessment Updated Contaminating Lifespan Assessment 2. 2024 Annual Monitoring and Operations Report (2024 Annual Report) 3. 2025 Annual Monitoring and Operations Report (2025 Annual Report) 4. 2026 Annual Monitoring and Operations Report (2026 Annual Report).
