Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work generally consists of: o Remove existing parking lot, curbs, sub-base, selective sidewalks, tennis courts, fencing, etc. o Remove existing lawn areas, unsuitable soils, etc. o Install new stormwater management system and underground detention, compacted sub-base, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt parking lots, and selective sidewalks o Parking lot striping, pavement markings, etc. o Masonry dumpster enclosure, fencing / gates, bollards, etc. o Site signage, equipment, etc. It is the contractor responsibility to review the job site, conditions, etc. at the building site prior to submitting its bid. The bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner(s) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the School District or the Superintendent of the School District. The Board of Education shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized familial relationship disclosure statement. Dearborn Heights School District #7's Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bid Proposals, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the contractor(s) submitting the best financial Bid Proposal (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
