Please see the attached bid document for more detailed information and instructions. Indefinite delivery contract for cleaning of sewers and television inspection over a 4-year contract period. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to City of Dearborn Heights as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 60 days after date of receiving bids. City of Dearborn Heights reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
