The project includes approximately 20,000-26,000 square feet of build-out space within a 40,000 square foot facility, designed to house Police Administration, Municipal Courts, and related amenities. The contractor will provide Preconstruction Phase Services and Construction Phase Services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. This project is being delivered under the CMAR method as per Texas Government Code Chapter 2269.
