Reference Number 0000369285 Variable Frequency Drive Replacements at the Union Park Combined Sewer Overflow Detention and Treatment Facility BWSC Contract is for the purpose of replacing two (2) Variable Frequency Drives at the Commission's Union Park Combined Sewer Overflow Detention and Treatment Facility (in a collective ownership with the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, MWRA), located at 120 Malden Street, Boston, MA 02118. The work of this Contract shall be completed within 180 working days from the Date of Order to Commence Work. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid for a period of forty-five days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100% Construction Performance Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Commission.
