The Hall County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the demolition of the old Hall County Jail and the DHHS building located at 116 and 130 South Pine, Grand Island, NE Bid Bond, Cashier s check or Certified check required with bid. The issuing office for the bidding documents is: Olsson, Inc. 201 East 2 nd Street Grand Island, NE 68801 There is no pre-bid conference for this project but bidders are encourage to visit the site. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, as is deemed by the County Board of Commissioners to be in the best interest of the County of Hall.
