Reference Number 0000369821 Bids accepted for On-Demand Concrete work as needed by the City of Bossier City Utilities Department for various locations throughout the city. Bid Form and Bid Bond Form to be used for bidding are included in Bid Packet. The successful bidder will agree to do numerous repairs of various sizes throughout the City for a period of one year (365) calendar days. The contractor will have 72 hours to begin work once notified concerning a repair location by the Utility Department Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 12/30/2024 Question Deadline 12/23/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - License Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 10 % -- bid security, which may be a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, for an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Bossier City, Louisiana. An acceptable performance/payment bond equal to 100% of the contract price along with a maintenance bond equal to 10% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. *The City of Bossier City reserves the right to reject any/or all bids in accordance with R.S. 38:2214.
