Reference Number 0000370321 Citywide Street Improvements per documents and plans provided in bid documents for the City of Bossier City various locations 2024 Citywide Street Improvements, with a project estimate of $1,909,406.29. the Notice to Proceed and fully complete the project within 120 Calendar days Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 01/13/2025 03:30 PM EST General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required Buyer Requires E-Bonding - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 10 % -- Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid security, which may be a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, for an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Bossier City, Louisiana. An acceptable performance/payment bond equal to 100% of the contract price along with a maintenance bond equal to 10% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. Bidder will pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $1,000.00 for each consecutive day thereafter. The City of Bossier City reserves the right to reject any/or all bids in accordance with R.S. 38:2214.
