cope of Work: Cut new opening in South wall of Locker Room 1 and rebuild per plans. Contractor to supply all material and labor. Contractor to supply dumpster. Contractor to clean work area each day. Working Hours 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday Question Deadline 12/12/2024 at 3:00 PM CT All questions related to this Invitation to bid (ITB) shall be submitted in writing through electronically. All questions submitted and answers provided shall be electronically. Response from City:December 16, 2024, 3:00pm Anticipated Award Date: January 13, 2025 Bid must be accompanied by a Bid guaranty which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid. Bid guaranty may be a cashier's check, money order, certified bank check, or a surety bond. All guaranties, except surety bonds, will be deposited and reimbursement checks and surety bonds will be issued to unsuccessful bidders following the bid award. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price, within ten (10) business days after the bid award. The City of Bloomington reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and to accept that bid which is to be considered to be in the best interest of the City. Any such decision shall be considered final.
