Reference Number 0000369922 The intent of the City is to establish an emergency on-call contract that would make necessary equipment and expertise readily available to the City's Water Recycling Facility (WRF) when the screw press is non-operational. The selected Contractor will be responsible for hauling and legally disposing of varying amounts of non-dewatered biosolids (sludge) from the wastewater treatment plant as needed, based on the City's requirements. Services will include the removal, transportation, and proper disposal of sludge from the City's WRF. Each respondent is responsible for fully acquainting themselves with all conditions, instructions, and requirements of this RFQ, that the respondent conducted such additional site investigations as necessary, that the respondent is capable of providing the services requested by the City in a manner that meets City's objectives and requirements as outlined in this RFQ, and that respondent has reviewed and inspected all materials submitted in response to this RFQ.
