The Bid Bond (certified check/cashier's check), in the amount of 10% of the total bid not to exceed $20,000.00 isRequired The Performance Bond is% of total bid The City of Newark intends to enter into an agreement/contract with a vendor(s) pursuant to this bid specification to render services of plowing and de-icing of various City of Newark's Permanent Road Divisions. All services provided shall include full compensation for furnishing all CDL licensed truck drivers, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, and for doing all the work involved in snow removal and de-icing. All operations shall be conducted in such a manner as to provide reasonable protection to the paved roadway, ditches, culverts, and other public roadways that provide access for emergency services personnel.
