The most current general prevailing wage rates for Rock Island County shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract. Bidder must provide current copy of IL DOT Certificate of Eligibility for work specified in proposal and obtain bidding documents from IMEG for their bid to be read. Local funded project with all materials IL DOT approved unless variance approved by the Village. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities.
