New Countryside Elementary School located at 191 Dedham Street, Newton, MA. Project is a new 76,000 s.f., 3 story elementary school serving grades K-5, and includes sitework and demolition of existing school. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. This project was subject to prequalification of General Contractors and Filed Sub Bidders (with the exception of Elevators). Elevators are not subject to prequalification procedures and will be bid using G.L. c.149, section 44F. Bidders must be DCAMM certified as Elevator subcontractors. A full list of the prequalified bidders is contained in Volume 1 Section A of the bid documents. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Owners Project Manager Dore + Whittier Management Partners, at aotoole@doreandwhittier.com.
