Scope of Work: Replacement of Boiler Room and Building Entry Doors with Fiberglass Doors Replace all 8 exterior doors - Parker House, 21 Parker Street, Newton Centre (contractor to verify door size in quotes) Replace 7 Boiler Room/Electric Room doors (7' x 3') at Norumbega Gardens Development - 34-38 & 54-58 Ash St/425-429 Auburn Street, Auburndale (contractor quotes reflect verifying door sizes) The project involves the removal and replacement of existing doors at designated boiler room and building entry locations. New doors will be fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) units designed for durability, corrosion resistance, and enhanced security Locations Boiler Room Doors: Norumbega Gardens Development: 34-38 & 54-58 Ash St/425-429 Auburn Street, Auburndale (7 doors) Building Entry Doors: Parker House, 21 Parker Street, Newton Centre (8 doors) Disconnect any electrical, hardware, or security system components associated with existing doors. Carefully remove existing door slabs, frames, thresholds, and hardware. Dispose of all removed materials in accordance with local regulations.
