The project work consists of repairing the existing cooling towers, the addition of a glycol heat exchanger tied into the existing distribution loop at the Lowell Justice Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. The cooling towers are located on the roof of the seven story building. The glycol heat exchanger will be installed in the mechanical penthouse. The work is to be completed in two phases, and 1 add alternate phase. Category of work HVAC. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates). Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
