The project work consists of repairing the existing cooling towers, the addition of a glycol heat exchanger tied into the existing distribution loop at the Lowell Justice Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. The cooling towers are located on the roof of the seven story building. The glycol heat exchanger will be installed in the mechanical penthouse. The work is to be completed in two phases, and 1 add alternate phase.
