Miami University is seeking a qualified design firm to provide design services to support the yearly walks and drives improvement project. The selected firm will develop construction drawings and bid documents based upon information found in the previously completed Miami University Capital Improvement Plan, which identifies necessary capital pavement rehabilitations and improvements. The majority of the dollars assigned to construction will be spend addressing asphalt pavement, though the project will include the replacement, in kind, of concrete walks throughout campus, and the removal of a 1300 square feet stone patio, located between two historic buildings. The selected firm will provide design options for replacement of this patio.
