Description of Work: Exploratory Digging 6" Fire Hydrant Assembly 6" & 3" PVC Waterline 6" & 3" Gate Valves 1" Service Line & Fittings Testing Gravel, Asphalt, Concrete Cut & Replace MJ Fittings w/ Mega Lugs 12" x 6" Hot Tap w/ 6" GV 3" Flush Hydrant w/ 3" GV 1" Water Meter w/ Meter Box 3" x 1" Tapping Saddle w/ 1" Corp Stop Traffic Control 6" x 1" Tapping Saddle w/ 2" Corp Stop **Sallisaw will furnish pipe, valves, fire hydrants, water meters w/ box, MJ fittings, Encasement pipe, tapping saddles, sand bedding material, gravel - road & driveway cuts. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
