Separate sealed bids for an Sallisaw Sports Complex Soccer and Sports Courts for furnishing tools, materials and labor, and performing the work necessary to be done in the construction of the above. The Bidder, in compliance with your invitation for bids for the Sallisaw Sports Complex Soccer and Sports Courts, having examined the Plans and Specifications with related documents and the site of the proposed work, and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the construction of the proposed project, including the availability of materials and labor, hereby proposes to furnish all labor, materials and supplies, and to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents, within the time set forth therein, and at the unit prices stated below. These prices are to cover all expenses incurred in performing the work required under the contract documents, of which this Bid is a part. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The sealed proposal of each bidder shall be accompanied by a Noncollusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affidavit, Experience and Equipment Questionnaire and a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid will be required from each bidder to be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects, or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary bonds within ten (10) days from and after the date the award is made. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening.
