This scope of work outlines the tasks and specifications for the safe removal of asbestos-containing flooring and its replacement with new commercial-grade epoxy flake flooring aboard the R/V Medeia. The work will be performed on three decks: the wheelhouse deck, the main deck, and the accommodation deck. Total area of all flooring is estimated to be 850 square feet. All work must adhere to safety regulations for asbestos abatement, environmental protection standards, and manufacturer specifications for flooring installation.
