Renovation of a stadium in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
AECL # 161605 The Treadwell Ice Rink humidity is maintained by dehumidifiers DH-1 and DH-2. This project consists of replacement of DH-1 and maintain DH-2 to control ice rink humidity. Contractor to remove dehumidifier control from the chiller panel and implement DDC monitoring. Contractors shall coordinate access to the Mezzanine with the Owner, using an approved vehicle on the icen rink. Contractors shall remove DH-1, related ductwork, and propane piping, disable chiller control for DH-1 and DH-2, mount DH-1 on the existing stand and extend necessary ducts & piping and provide DDC controls for monitoring and alarms. Contractor to balance air flows and commission DH-1 and controls, in compliance with 2021 International Building, Mechanical, and Fire Codes as modified by Juneau Title 19.
