LANSING WET WEATHER CONTROL PROGRAM CSO SUBAREA 019 THREE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED Combined sewer separation construction within the City of Lansing's CSO Subarea 019. The project involves new sanitary sewer, storm sewer rehabilitation, water main installation, along with road reconstruction.
