Site work for a water / sewer project in New Llano, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes: Base Bid: Includes cleaning of existing 54" CMPA storm drainage pipes and catch basins, repairing pipe inverts with flowable fill /grout, point repairs to existing drainage pipes and removal and replacement of sections of drainage pipes and catch basins. Ancillary work will include miscellaneous traffic control signage, clearing and grubbing, fence removal and replacement, filling and grading, sodding of disturbed areas, etc. Additive Alternate No. 1: Includes cleaning, grading, reshaping and stabilizing slopes of the existing open drainage ditch between Harper Street and Vernon Street (470 L.F. +/-). Additive Alternate No. 2: Includes repairing pipe inverts with flowable fill/grout (430 L.F.). The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause Each Bidder must deposit with the bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid bonds shall be written by a surety or insurance company meeting the requirements noted in L.R.S. 38:2218. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract amount
