The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) MCF-Willow River: Remove existing failed resinous flooring and wall base in showers, toilet rooms, and custodial areas, prepare surfaces to receive new finishes, and install new resinous surfacing on floors and wall base. Work area is approximately 2,100 sf. 2.) MCF-Rush City: Remove existing failed resinous flooring, concrete floor slab and custom stainless steel floor sink in the kitchen area. Facility to perform plumbing repairs at the area of removed concrete prior to contractor proceeding with restoration work. Contractor to verify preparation of subgrade, install vapor retarder and reinforcing, and install new structural concrete floor. New concrete to be properly cured and prepared to receive new resinous flooring. Install new resinous flooring and cove wall base. Work area is approximately 500 sf. Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a subcontractor, the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since October 1, 2019 for construction of General Contracting that involved a similar project scope. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $100,000 or greater.
