The WORK includes The intent of the work is to install additional insulating material on specific walls and doors to increase sound transmission between spaces. The work involves minor electrical adjustments, repair of finishes and painting. The work also includes the installation of carpeting purchased by the City. The work will take place in four offices within the east wing of City Hall.The work includes maintaining a suitable interior environment for continuing City Hall operations and doing other work specified in these special provisions and as shown on the plans. The WORK must be completed with twenty (20) working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
