The Department reserves the right to revise schedule as it deems necessary. Provide and maintain a dedicated email address for receipt of work orders and correspondence throughout the term of this contract. Acknowledgement of emailed work order/callouts is required no more than 12 hr. from notification. Contractor's attention is called to the fact that all adjoining pavement sections will be protected during all phases of construction and any damages incurred due to Contractor's operation will be repaired and replaced at the Contractor's expense. The minimum production rate for hand work is 2 EA/Day. "Non-Site Specific" minimum quantity is 500 LF per written notification. Re-mobilize within 30 calendar days of written notification when Non-Site-Specific locations are requested.
