Question Deadline 12/12/2024 Contact Matt Looby, LoobyM@ayresassociates.com, with questions In general, the project consists of 7,160 SY of pavement pulverizing, parking lot excavation, 2,040 TONS of HMA parking lot, 3,600 SF of concrete sidewalk, 400 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 1,220 LF of storm sewer, site concrete work, site lighting, pavement markings, parking signs, removing stumps, and turf restoration. Work under this contract is expected to occur near the end of Forest County Courthouse building improvements project. The Contractor shall coordinate and work with the building improvements project and its Contractors. Alternate Bid No. 1 involves using asphalt pavement furnished from the Forest County Hot Mix Asphalt Plant. Forest County will provide 6-7 trucks for the delivery of the material to the site. Contractor shall provide equipment and labor necessary for installation of asphalt on-site. Alternate Bid No. 2 involves using base aggregate for parking lot reconstruction furnished from Forest County. Forest County will provide 6-7 trucks for the delivery of the material to the site, and removal of excavated material during parking lot excavation.
