Renovation of a municipal facility in Crandon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Location: Forest County Board Room Forest County Court House North Annex Room 107 Crandon WI 54520 The work of this contract includes the following: o Rough and finished carpentry to replace door and frame assemblies, erect partitions on 3rd floor of the courthouse. Sealed bids for the project designated above will be received for and in behalf of the Forest County, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, at the location listed above, on or before the above mentioned time and date. A 10% bid bond and 100% material and labor payment/performance bond will be required for this work, unless waived by the Owner. All workers on the project will have to pass a background check before they are allowed to be on the premises. All Contractors will also be required to complete and submit a Contractor Qualification Statement, a copy of which is included in the bidding documents. This requirement may be waived by the Owner for contractors who have previously completed work for the County. This statement is to be submitted no later than December 4, 2024, to the County Clerk's office. This statement can be submitted by mail or email no later than 5:00 pm on this date.
