Site work for a water / sewer project in Baldwin Park, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will rehabilitate approximately 19,630 feet of existing corroded 15- to 30-inch diameter non-reinforced concrete pipe (NRCP), reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), and cracked vitrified clay pipe (VCP) on the Cameron Relief Trunk Sewer, Joint Outfall B - Unit 6H, Joint Outfall B - Unit 6J, and Joint Outfall H - Unit 8J Trunk Sewer with cured-in-place pipe liner. The project will also rehabilitate 69 manholes with a protective coating system and all appurtenant work. The Board of Directors may award the contract for the above described work, either at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at the above-stated address, on February 12, 2025, beginning at 1:30 p.m., or at any other meeting of the Board of Directors within 120 days after the date listed above for receipt of bids. The Board of Directors may reject all bids. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. The work of construction must be completed within 280 WORKING DAYS after the date in the Notice to Proceed. Est. Value Notes: $6,400,000 - $9,600,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
