The work will be completed in one (1) contract as follows: CONTRACT 24-01 PRESIDENTIAL SEWAGE PUMPING STATION ELIMINATION o Installation of approximately 1152 L.F. of 12-inch PVC Gravity Sewer via Open-Cut o Installation of approximately 177 L.F. of 8-inch PVC Gravity Sewer via Open-Cut o Installation of approximately 129 L.F. of 12-inch DIP Gravity Sewer via Open-Cut o Installation of approximately 245 L.F. of 30-inch DIP Steel Casing via Bore o Installation of approximately 255 L.F. of 12-inch RJDIP via Bore . Approximately 6 precast Manholes Est. Value: $ 850,000.00 Pre-Qualification: Yes The allotted time for construction of Contract 24-01 is 90 calendar days. Liquidated damages for non-completion are $1,000 per calendar day. Bid bond, City Occupational License, and other requirements apply to bidders. The successful bidder or bidders shall be required to furnish both an acceptable performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified best bidder or bidders to such extent as may be necessary. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 90 days, while the Owner considers the bids. Mutually agreed upon time extensions may be made if necessary.
