As of February 3, 2025 this project was awarded to Miracle Recreation in the amount of 86,191.80 The City of Henderson, Kentucky is requesting sealed proposals for the Community Park playground replacement. Timeframe: This project has a completion deadline of Friday May 9, 2025. All installation of playground equipment, surfacing, border, and any amenities must be completed by close of business on that date. Failure to fully complete the installation of that date will result in a penalty of $100 per day until the project is fully complete. This includes any punch list items presented to the vendor at least 30 days prior to the May 9, 2025 deadline. The total cost of this project including playground equipment, surfacing, installation, pre-installation site work, labor, taxes, permits, and all other fees and charges. This is anticipated to be a "turnkey" project. The total cost of this project including materials, surfacing, and installation cannot exceed $90,000.
