Renovation of a water / sewer project in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of demolishing and replacing the existing lake pump house #1 and #2 located on the south side of the Carolina Beach Lake. Small and/or MWBE Firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 01/02/2025 1 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
