Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yogo Crossing, Montana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of reconstruction of Ravalli Street from 1st Street to 9th Street. Improvements include road reconstruction including demolition of existing and installation of new concrete curb and gutter, asphalt street paving, sidewalks, detectable warning surfaces, storm drainage structures, excavation, signs, pavement markings, landscaping and associated work. Three bid schedules will be required to be completed for the work noted above. The three bid schedules are comprised of the base bid followed by two additive bid alternatives, which must be taken in order if awarded. The Base Bid consists of reconstruction between 1st and 4th Street, Bid Alt #1 consists of reconstruction between 4th and 7th Street, and Bid Alt #2 consists of reconstruction between 7th and 9th Street. Notice to Proceed shall be flexible, with Substantial Completion required by October 15, 2025 Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security made payable to the City of Hamilton in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder s maximum bid price. The bid bond shall act as a guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, comply with insurance requirements, and furnish a satisfactory payment and performance bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price. Montana law requires all contractors to register with the Department of Labor prior to execution of the contract agreement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, or to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid and bidder, and to make awards in the best interest of the Owner. It is expressly stated that final award of the Contract is contingent upon securing appropriate financing.
