Canyon Creek School Well and Septic Systems Construction Project location: Canyon Creek School, 7435 Duffy lane, Canyon Creek, MT 59633 The construction project involves the construction of two systems. 1) A new septic system, including tanks and elevated sand mound 2) A new well pumping system and water line to be located approximately 2,585 feet away on the Chevallier Ranch Co. Property. Well provided by the Owner. It is recommended that all excavation around irrigation ditches and Duffy Lane Road be completed before April 2025 before they are used for irrigation. Electronic versions of the Drawings and Project Manual have been uploaded to online, which includes the following plan exchanges: online Bid Bond, Montana 1% Gross Receipts Tax, State of Montana Prevailing Wage Rates, and Montana Department of Labor and Industry Contractor Registration requirements apply to this project. This work will include all tools, equipment, materials, and labor to complete this project.
