Renovation of a municipal facility in Cut Bank, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,555-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

The Cut Bank Police Department building will be transformed into the new City Court for the City of Cut Bank, MT. The project provides a new wall with door to enclose the space behind the existing courtroom creating a new multipurpose/conference/break room for the staff. A new ballistic glass pass-thru window and entry will serve the new location for the now main level City Attorney's office. The first-floor toilet rooms will be renovated/ refinished to construct one new ADA toilet room. Additionally, new finishes, paint, and flooring will be installed throughout the main level of the building. Additional work includes adjusting diffusers and providing new 2x4 lighting. Minimal upgrades will be made to the basement, including patching/ refinishing/repainting the walls and adding new acoustical ceilings in specific areas. The back exterior concrete pad and stairs will be replaced with a new aluminum ramp and stair combination to meet ADA standards. The existing tower at the back of the building will be removed by the owner to make room for the new ramp. A pre-bid conference will not be scheduled. Interested contractors will need to contact Police Chief Michael Schultz at 406-873-2288 to schedule a pre-bid walk through. Bids will be received for a single Contract. Each bid or proposal must be in a sealed envelope and accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Cut Bank, MT, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
