The City of Cut Bank is requesting statements of qualification from qualified architectural firms to provide professional services for the renovation and garage addition to the Cut Bank Police Department. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF). Project Description The project involves constructing a 32'x48' garage for the Cut Bank Police Department. It includes removing an existing window, installing a new door, and building a breezeway to connect the new garage to the current police building. The scope also covers renovating one of the existing bathrooms to meet ADA standards and constructing a wall to create two separate interview rooms. A copy of the preliminary architectural report that informed the project and the detailed RFQ is available upon request. The work includes design development, preparing construction documents, bidding assistance, permitting, and construction administration. It involves architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, surveying, and civil engineering services. The project must be ready for bid solicitation by February 2026 and completed by December 2026. Scope of Services The selected firm will be responsible for the following services: - Design development - Preparation of construction documents - Assistance with bidding and contractor selection - Permitting support - Construction administration and oversight
