Glacier County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the purchase and installation of three (3) existing commercial boilers and pumps. Boilers to be equal to or greater than existing boilers: - Existing Brand - WEIL-McLAIN - Boiler Model - Ultra 310 - Type of Gas - Natural - Maximum Input - 310,000 Btu/hr (90,9 kW) - Minimum Input - 62,000 Btu/hr (18,2 kW) - CSA Gross Output - 289,000 Btu/hr (84,8 kW) All bids shall remain effective for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of opening. Glacier County reserves the right to consider or reject any and all bids, and further to waive any defects or irregularities. A contract will be awarded to the most responsible bidder All bidders are expected to be aware of and to abide by all state and federal statutes, rules, and regulations governing the solicitation and acceptance of public contracts, including any such statute, rule or regulation relating to non-discrimination.
