The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for the installation of a new metal roof on the Game Commission Existing Quehanna Storage Building S.B. 837, Karthaus Township, Clearfield County. The project consists of removing the existing metal roof, including all applicable trim on the existing Quehanna Storage Building. Installation of new metal roof, rolled insulation layer and installing new gutters and downspouts, new metal edging/flashing/fascia/trim is also included in the project. The Contract shall commence upon delivery of Purchase Order to Contractor (date estimated to be February 2, 2025) and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. Contract time is of the essence of the Project. All Work must be completed and accepted by this date. When bidding, amount bid should be in dollars and cents no fractions of a cent will be accepted. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth.
