The Work of this Contract involves constructing a 12' concrete bikeway from the intersection of Bay Drive and Centre Avenue along the existing water detention pond and over Spring Creek to ultimately connect with the existing Spring Creek Bike Trail. The Work involves installing a prefabricated bridge over Spring Creek and modifying the intersection of Bay Drive and Centre Avenue. There are several alternates identified within the Work including: lighting along the trail, gates, metal railing, signposts and a bus shelter. The Work is funded in part by a CDOT grant and work will be partially conducted within a Floodplain.
