Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jamestown, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Reconstruction of sidewalk on both sides of Main Street from Darlington Street to Lebanon Street (SR 75), excluding ADA curb ramps (which will be replaced by INDOT Contract No. R-43426). The Town of Jamestown reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town after all bids have been examined and canvassed. Bidder finds conflicts, errors, discrepancies or ambiguities in the Contract Documents or any sample form, or if the Bidder is in doubt as to the intended meaning of any portion or provision therein, the Bidder shall at once give written notice thereof to the Owner's Representative Engineer), Matthew S. Larrabee, P.E., mlarrabee@db-engineering.com at least seven (7) consecutive calendar days prior to the Bid Date.
