Main Street Lighting Improvements A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Replacement of the existing street lighting from 1st Street to approximately 200 feet east of Lebanon Street (SR 75). The Town of Jamestown reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town after all bids have been examined and canvassed. Question Deadline 01/16/2025 If a Bidder finds conflicts, errors, discrepancies or ambiguities in the Contract Documents or any sample form, or if the Bidder is in doubt as to the intended meaning of any portion or provision therein, the Bidder shall at once give written notice thereof to the Owner's Representative (Engineer), Matthew S. Larrabee, P.E., mlarrabee@db-engineering.com at least seven (7) consecutive calendar days prior to the Bid Date.
