Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Dripping Springs, Texas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, and equipment to provide tree maintenance and removal services for the City of Dripping Springs starting on or about January 7, 2025, and ending on or about September 30, 2025, and subsequent renewal periods in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. A pre-submittal conference will not be held. Contract awards for the tree maintenance and removal services will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The lowest and best value bids are those, which result in the lowest cost to the City of Dripping Springs for the complete tree maintenance and removal services program to be performed by a qualified bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularities. Question Deadline 12/20/2024 The interested contractor shall email a copy of the written clarification request to the City Administrator, Michelle Fischer, at mfischer@cityofdrippingsprings.com.
