Question Deadline 12/13/2024 at 12:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online Yes GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS All work is to be performed at Joseph Coach Manor, located at 26540/26560/26620 Burg Road, Warren, MI 48089. Job requirements are to include, but not limited to the complete removal and installation of furnace room doors, as needed. Awarded contractor is to reuse the existing furnace room door hardware (i.e. passage sets). Note: Furnace room doors may need to be installed on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor off the building. All Joseph Coach Manor buildings are serviced by elevators. All work is to be completed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM), unless authorized by management. All furnace room doors are to be installed with utmost speed consistent with good workmanship. All doors are to be installed per manufacturers installation instructions. All doors that are scheduled for installation are to be completed within that business day. Upon receipt of Purchase Order, the awarded vendor is to work directly with Warren Senior Housing management for the scheduling and location of each furnace door replacement. Brickmold will be required for all doors. Contractor shall apply exterior silicone caulk to seal frame to siding or J-channel. In some cases, the milling of brickmold to accommodate opening, may be necessary. These alterations should be included in bad at no additional cost. ESTIMATED QUANTITY: 12 Doors
