Such checks, or bid bonds will be returned to all EXCEPT the three lowest bidders within three business days after the opening of bids Payment and Performance Bonds (CONSTRUCTION BIDS ONLY): If the Contractors work as set forth in the Scope of Work exceeds $50,000.00, Contractor shall provide payment and performance bonds in the full amount of the Contract Sum The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities in the best interest of the City. The +/- 520 sf of turf located in the sidewalk right of way will be removed and new Bermuda sod installed along with irrigation. The irrigation zones used for these turf areas shall be independent and not connected to other zones in the parcel. The system must be designed so there is no overspray on the roadway or sidewalk.
