Request For Qualifications (RFQ) The County of Sumter is accepting separate sealed proposals from qualified Design Build Contractors to design and construct the interior of the existing Dabbs EMS facility, 6090 Myrtle Beach Highway, Sumter, SC 29153, to house County EMS employees for the Shiloh area. Sumter County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any or all technicalities. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered to: Sumter County Administration Building Office of the Purchasing Director, 13 E Canal Street, Sumter, South Carolina 29150 Questions concerning this proposal package must be in writing and shall be directed to: Robert E. Galloway, Jr - Purchasing Director - rgalloway@sumtercountysc.gov All correspondence must be received by 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Answers to any questions will be emailed to all interested parties. Returned Proposals MUST be clearly marked "Request for Qualifications for Design Build Firm - Dabbs EMS Building". The Design Build firm must be able to provide the County of Sumter with a 100% Performance and Payment Bond after award of the project.
