Menominee Park Maintenance Building (Roof Area 3): 1) Removal and legal disposal of existing roof system and related sheet metal flashings, down to existing concrete deck; 2) Removal and legal disposal of unused roof vent, infill resultant roof deck; 3) Providing tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, adhered in cold adhesive 4) Re-attachment or replacement of deteriorated and/or warped perimeter wood blocking; 5) Providing sheet metal flashings and related Work. 2. Base Bid No. 2: a. Menominee Park Kiwanis Shelter (Roof Area 1): 1) Removal and legal disposal of existing roof system and related sheet metal flashings, down to existing structurally-sloped joist framing; 2) Removal and legal disposal of unused roof vent, infill resultant roof deck; 3) Providing 22-gauge prefinished steel exposed fastener metal roof panels; 4) Providing sheet metal flashings and related Work. Oshkosh Menominee Park Roof Replacement M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
