Documents will also be available electronically on Procore. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or inequalities in the bidding. Each sealed bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidders bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid made payable to the owner, executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the principal's bid be accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, within ten days after notice of award, the principal will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid and a contractors bond as required by law the regulations and determinations of the governing board. Bidders must comply with MN Statutes, Section 16C.285, Subdivision 3. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
