Sealed bids are invited for the construction of VDH - Madison Building FFE Renovation at 109 Governor St, Richmond, VA. Project No. 2.220413.0. The project is generally described as interior renovation work consisting of finishes and electrical alterations to support installation of new systems furniture. Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be 450 consecutive calendar days from the date of commencement of the Work as specified in the Notice to Proceed and Final Completion shall be achieved within 30 consecutive calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
