Contract Time: 280 Working Days Schedule Related Liquidated Damages Per Day: $250.00 per day Estimated Cost: $995,000.00 Bid Deposit: $25,100.00 The Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and the Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) (together the M/WBE) participation goal for this Letting is 24% MBE participation distributed as follows: 21% African American, 2% Hispanic American, 0.5% Asian American, and 0.5% Native American plus 11% WBE participation. M/WBE participation level is based on the base bid and any alternates accepted. On contracts with an estimated cost of $300,000 or less, a 5% bid discount will be applied to M/WBE Bidders during the evaluation process; the actual contract amount shall not be lowered.
